Lakers history:      The Los Angeles Lakers are one the most historic teams in the NBA and in all sports. The lakers have had plenty of Legends playing for their organization such as Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul Jabar, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, the late great Kobe Bryant, and many more. These legends have all brought a championship to the lakers, 16 in total. During the mid to late 2010s, the lakers were in a playoff drought in which they did not make the playoffs for six straight seasons.
